Miami Childrens Theater has a proud heritage of serving the children of Miami-Dade County, no matter what their socio-economic background may be. Founded in 1996. Miami Childrens has never denied a child admittance to one of their programs due to financial limitations.

It is Miami Childrens Theater’s  mission to expose all children to the world of performing arts. Our record of success is formidable: as of this writing Miami Childrens Theater has sent 13 of its’ alumni to Broadway with dozens more landing roles in Broadway national tours, television roles and film. Miami Childrens Theater is partally able to underwrite students in need of financial aid through two sources: the generosity of Miami-Dade Department of Cultural Affairs and private donors. Your donation will go to the MCT General Scholarship Fund, which  underwrites students accepted into our Main Stage productions and summer Camps
